Director, Air Navigation Services

Qualifications
 A Master’s Degree from a recognized university in any of the following fields: Civil Aviation, Engineering, physical science or equivalent qualification.
 Advanced professional qualification in Communication, Navigation, Surveillance systems or Air Traffic Management.
 At least 10 years relevant work experience in a large Civil Aviation or equivalent Organization.
 At least 3 years minimum experience in a senior position (General Manager or manager in Engineering/Communications services or Air Traffic Management or Air Navigation Service operations or any other similar post(s).

Manager, Ans And Aerodromes Standards

Qualifications
 At least a Masters degree in Aviation, Science, Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
 Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Science, Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
 Air Traffic control license endorsed with at least four ratings or certificate in at least four CNS Equipment Maintenance Courses (Navigation, Surveillance, Communication) or Certificates in AIS Cartography, Quality Management System, AIP Management and Aeronautical information exchange model data base or Certificate in Aerodrome Certification course.
 Certificates in ICAO PANS-OPS.
 Safety Oversight Managers course
 Training in management and leadership.
 At least five years’ experience in a senior role in ANS or Aerodromes sectors.
 Proven experience in financial and people management.

Personal Assistant (Pa) To Director

Qualifications
 A bachelor’s degree in business or social sciences from a recognized university.
 Advanced secretarial training is an added advantage.
 Training in Customer Service
 Knowledge of law and its practices is an added advantage.
 Knowledge of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPS) is an added advantage.
 Three years post qualification experience in a comparable position.

Chief Aerodromes Inspector – Electrical Engineering

Qualifications
 A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering;
 Be registered with the Institute of Engineers of Kenya (IEK)
 Be registered by Engineers’ Registration Board of Kenya as a professional engineer
 Have a Current valid practicing license from the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya (ERB)(K)
 Training in aerodromes inspectors course
 Training in aerodrome certification course
 Training in an aerodromes design and operations related field
 Training in ICAO Integrated Safety Management System
 Safety oversight auditor’s course
 Training in Compliance and Enforcement or Resolution of Safety Concerns
 A Masters’ Degree will be an added advantage
 At least 6 years’ experience (heavy current) in a related field.
 Experience in management
 Possession of good interpersonal skills.

Chief Legal Officer

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in law
 Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
 A valid Practicing Certificate from the Law Society of Kenya
 Diploma in Law from the Council of Legal Education
 A Diploma in Air/ Aviation Law will be an added advantage
 At least 3 years in Corporate Law / Commercial Law / Aviation Law or other related legal area.

Dean Of Students

Qualifications
 A Master’s degree in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences or equivalent from a recognized University.
 Bachelors’ degree in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences or equivalent from a recognized University.
 Training in management and leadership.
 Certificate in counselling from a recognized institution.
 3 years in an institution of higher learning.

Qualifications
 A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering
 A master’s degree in an aviation related field.
 A certificate in at least 4 Communication, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS) equipment courses.
 Instructor’s Training.
 Training in middle-level management.
 Certificate in “train the trainer” course.
 Training in Curriculum Development.
 At least 5 years’ experience in a senior CNS role, 2 of which must be as a CNS lecturer.
 Proven Experience in management.
 Possess good inter-personal skills.

Senior Lecturer, Aviation Security

Qualifications
 A bachelor’s degree
 Professional Qualification in aviation security at a senior level
 Instructor’s Training
 Training in middle-level management
 Certificate in “train the trainer” course.
 Training in Curriculum Development.
 A master’s degree is an added advantage
 At least 3 years’ experience in a senior aviation security position,
 2 years’ teaching experience in aviation security subjects
 Proven experience in supervision and people skills

Senior Security Officer

Qualifications
 A Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Security Management from a recognized university
 Proof of training in Security oversight.
 Five years working experience in one of the disciplined forces.
 Served at the level of Inspector or equivalent in one of the disciplined forces.

Lecturer I – Flight Safety

Qualifications
 A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Aeronautical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunication) or a science related discipline such as Aviation, Physics, Mathematics
 Professional Qualification in flight safety discipline (airworthiness, flight ops, licensing) at a senior level
 Instructor’s Training

 At least 3 years in Flight Safety Oversight position

Lecturer I – Aviation Security

Qualifications
 A bachelor’s degree in Aviation Security or related field.
 Professional Qualification in Aviation Security at a senior level Professional Qualification in flight safety discipline (airworthiness, flight ops, licensing) at a senior level
 Instructor’s Training
 Certificate in “train the trainer” course.
 A master’s degree is an added advantage
 At least 2 years in Aviation Security Oversight position

Examinations Officer

Qualifications
 A university degree in Education or Equivalent
 A certificate in Examinations Management and Administration
 1 year in examinations administration
 2 years teaching experience
 Working experience in the aviation industry will be an added advantage

Accountant I

Qualifications
 A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting option) or Business related field
 Professional Qualifications: Minimum of CPA (II) or equivalent
 At least three years in a busy accounting environment including supervisory functions.
