Women Protection & Empowerment Program Manager-Kakuma

A consultant psychiatrist to help in diagnosis and management of psychiatric conditions within the Dadaab camp population.

For this job, one must be able:

1. To provide consultation services to the psychiatric patients both on regular follow up and new patients in Dadaab Complex.
2. To provide consultation services to the inpatient psychiatric patients
3. To develop plan of management all patients reviewed
4. To report on the consultation

Obstetric and Gynecologist Consultant

A consultant to prepare and operate on the previous pending cases within the Dadaab camps; review the operated patients next day; provide obstetric and Gynecological consultation services to maternity patient with obstetric complications and review patients in GOPC.

For this job, one must be able to:

1. Conduct special clinics and reviews for patients with obstetric and gynecological surgical conditions.
2. Conduct ward rounds with maternity team (MOs and Nurses) at maternity.
3. Called upon by the MOs to review complicated maternal condition.
4. Conduct surgical operations for the screened patients with assistance of the medical officers.
5. Review all post-operative patients before he embarks on operation booked for that day.
6. Prepare and submit a report and summaries of patients seen and operated to health Manager.

Nutrition Officer

Required qualifications for this job:

1. Bachelor degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognized University.
2. Must be a registered nutrition or dietitian KNDI
3. Additional research qualification or experience
4. Technical understanding of CMAM required; minimum 1 year work experience in providing treatment for acute malnutrition.

Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of related experience assisting end users in helpdesk or desktop support environment
2. Experience with AD, O365, MS Office 2013, remote tools, Windows 7 (80%) and MAC environment (20%)
3. Strong written and oral communication skills.
4. Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
5. Lifting and transporting of heavy to moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of Procurement or procurement audit related experience
2. NGO experience preferred with thorough understanding of institutional donors’ (USAID, DFID, OFDA, ECHO) policies relating to procurement

4. Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as experience implementing and using procurement systems
