Senior Technical Officer, Pharmacy

Qualifications:
1.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university with at least 7-9 years relevant work experience in providing support to a busy integrated TB/HIV/Malaria (including ART) program.
2.Registered with the Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
3.In-service update training on TB, malaria and HIV care/ART, Commodity Management (and preferably TOT experience).
4.Continuous use of the ARV Dispensing Tool (ADT).
5.Experience in mentoring and supervision of other pharmacy staff on inventory management, rational use, quantification and pharmacovigilance.
6.Demonstrated management of a commodity management system to support a busy clinical program.
7.Experience working with the private sector (NGO/FBO/Private for Profit) is an added advantage.

Senior Technical Officer, Care & Treatment

Qualifications:
1.HIV/AIDS/RH program management experience.
2.Medical doctor with MPH preferable.
3.Working experience of at least 7-9 years and at least two years treating patients with HIV/AIDS.
4.Experience in the providing care and treatment and use of ARV drugs is an added advantage.
5.Familiarity with decentralized public health systems.Excellent computer skills in MS Office Suite.

Qualifications:
1.Degree in bio-statistics,  public health, mathematics or a related field with at least 3-5 year’s experience or MS/MA in relevant field with 1-3 year’s experience in data management or Advanced Diploma statistics/data management or related areas with 5-7 year’s experience.

Qualifications:
1.Degree in biological science or laboratory sciences within a clinical or diagnostic discipline with a Higher National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent with 7-9 years of related work experience within a clinical or research laboratory, including experience with laboratory quality control and quality assurance systems and implementation; OR Master’s degree with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
2.Ability and aptitude to provide laboratory accreditation mentorship services and to perform quality assurance assessments against accepted national and international standards and regulations.
3.Direct experience developing and delivering trainings in laboratory sciences.
4.Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite.
5.Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
6.Good in both written and spoken English and report writing.

8.Experience with US government-funded programs is a plus.

Technical Officer – Laboratory Technologist

Qualifications:
1.BS/BA in relevant field with 5-7 years or Higher National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent with at least 7-9 years related work experience within a clinical or research laboratory including experience with laboratory quality control and quality assurance systems and implementation; Supervisory experience is preferred.

4.At least 2 years’ experience working in a health facility offering HIV Comprehensive care and treatment.
5.Demonstrable knowledge of HIV knowledge and the various interventions being offered to prevent and control the morbidity and mortality arising from the infection will be an added advantage.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Qualifications:
1.MS/MA/MPH in relevant field with 3-5 years relevant experience or BS/BA in relevant field with at least 5-7 years experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
2.Computer proficiency in word processing, databases, spreadsheets, including advanced skills in at least two of the following programs: SPSS, Excel, Stata, and Ms Access.
