1.Managing Director

Qualifications:
1.MSc Business Administration, MSc Project Management, Master’s in Business Management/Administration or Master of science in Engineering plus additional qualification in Management or any other relevant field from a recognized university will be preferred;
2.Membership in a professional organization
3.Have a minimum of 10 years in management at a senior level in a busy and well established organization;
4.Knowledge of labour laws and human resource principles and practices
5.Knowledge and experience of the water sectors and related laws
6.Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
7.Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
8.Training in Governance , prudent financial and accounting management
9.Knowledge of project management principles and practices
10.Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office computer applications
11.Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans

2.Commercial and Finance Manager

Qualifications:
1.MSc Business Administration, MSc Project Management or Master’s in Business Management/Administration plus additional qualification in Management or any other relevant field from a recognized university will be preferred;
2.Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Accounting or its equivalent
3.Holder of CPA K, or equivalent from a recognized body
4.Must be a member of ICPAK
5.Proficiency in accounting packages including sulis MIS, pastel
6.Have attended training in management;
7.Conversant with donor reporting requirements
8.Seven year experience, five (5) of which should be at senior management
9.Prior experience in managing a large organization/busy environment

3.Technical Manager

Qualifications:
1.MSc Water Engineering, MSc Project Management or MSc Civil Engineering plus additional qualification in Management or any other relevant field from a recognized university will be preferred;
2.Have a Bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering, Civil Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized university.
3.A registered member of the Engineers Board of Kenya.
4.Seven year experience, five (5) of which should be at senior management at a water utility
5.Have wide experience in the water sector;
6.Demonstrated outstanding leadership capability;
7.Have demonstrated project management skills and hands on experience in project management
8.Must be conversant with the reforms in the water sector

4.Human Resource and Administration Manager

Qualifications:
1.MSc Business Administration, MSc Project Management or Master’s in Business Management/Administration preferably in Human Resource Management
2.Bachelors’ degree in Human Resource Management
3.Must be a licensed HR Practitioner and demonstrate proof of membership to a professional body IHRM or its equivalent
4.Five years’ experience with at least 3 years at senior management level;
5.Prior experience in managing a functional level in a large organization/busy environment
6.Understanding of labour laws.

5.Internal Audit Manager

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting/Finance) or its equivalent from a recognized university.
2.Must be a member of a relevant professional body (ICPAK or Institute of Internal Auditors of Kenya)
3.Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing (public or private) 3 of which he/she must have worked at a senior similar capacity
4.Good communication and report writing skills

6.Assistant Technical Manager

Qualifications:
1.Have a Bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering, Civil Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized university.
2.Have successfully served in a comparable position with similar responsibilities in like organizations for at least five (5) years,3 of which at a management level
3.Must be a registered member of the Engineers Board of Kenya
4.Have wide experience in the water sector

7.Quality Assurance Manager

Qualifications:
1.BSC. Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Environmental sciences;
2.Relevant professional qualifications in the water sector
3.At least five (5) years relevant experience ,3 of which at a management level
4.Have wide experience in the water sector.

8.Procurement Manager

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce ( Supply Chain Management) ,Procurement and Contract Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or any other relevant field,
2.Diploma in Supplies Management will be an added advantage;
3.Must be a member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management
4.At least five (5) years relevant experience ,3 of which at a management level

9.Customer Services and Public Relations Manager

Qualifications:
1.B.Com (Marketing) or B.A International Relations and Diplomacy, B.A in Social Sciences (Sociology, Economics, Criminology, Political Science, Development studies etc) or Degree in Water /Waste Water Technology or equivalent
2.Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations or journalism or equivalent from a recognized institution;
3.At least five (5) years relevant experience ,3 of which at a management level
4.Relevant Computer Software Packages;
5.Report writing skills;
6.Management and supervisory skills;
7.Customer handling/care skills;
8.Knowledge of Water Sector Reforms

10.Chief Accountant

Qualifications:
11.Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Accounting or its equivalent
2.Holder of CPA K, or equivalent from a recognized body
3.Must be a member of ICPAK

11.ICT Officer

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or its equivalent from a recognized university;
2.Relevant IT certificates and competencies such as MCSE ,CCNA,CCNP or Linux is mandatory.
3.Satisfactorily served in the grade of ICT Officer or a comparable position with similar responsibilities in like organizations for at least five (3) years
4.Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills;
5.A high degree of integrity and dependability; and
6.Demonstrated high management capability and competence in computerized information systems.
