1.Chief Manager–Human Resources Development And Performance Management

Minimum qualifications
1. Bachelors Degree preferably in social Sciences / Human Resource Management / Business
2.A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
3.Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
4.Membership to a professional body (IHRM)
5.5-8 years’ experience gained in a managerial role or professional/technical capacity and relevant specialization

2.Chief Manager Employee Resourcing & HR Administration

Minimum qualifications
1.Bachelors Degree preferably in social Sciences / Human Resource Management / Business
2.A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
3.Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
4.Membership to a professional body (IHRM)

1.Manager–Commissioner’s Office

Minimum qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
2.A Post graduate diploma in Law
3.Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
4.Possess a valid Practicing Certificate (LSK).
5.Knowledge in tax administration.
6.Computer literate
7.Management and Governance courses.
8.Master degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
9.8 years post qualification relevant working experience, 4 years of which should be in a comparable organization.

Minimum qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or a related field.
2.Computer literate
3.Membership to a professional body.
4.Management, report writing and Governance courses.
