1.Director Information & Communication Technology-1 Post

Qualifications:
1.Masters Degree in Computer Science/Information communication Technology/Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
2.PhD in a relevant field will be an added advantage;
3.Have served as Deputy Director, ICT for a minimum period of three (3) years or have 18 years cumulative relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at managerial level handling ICT related activities in a recognized institution. Those below Job group ‘Q’ in Government or TSC or its equivalent need not apply;
4.Must have analytical skills, be a team player with a passion for creativity and innovation
5.Professional ICT qualifications such as CISCO, MCSD, OCP, MCSE e.t.c.
6.Record of successful delivery of large ICT systems development implementation and integration as a project leader;
7.Candidates who have attended the Strategic Leadership Development Program lasting not less than six (6) weeks from a recognized institution will have an added advantage

2.Deputy Director-1 Post

Qualifications:
1.Minimum of a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent field from a recognized institution;
2.Professional qualification (Diploma) in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution.
3.Have served as Principal Supply Chain Management Officer for a minimum period of three (3) years or have 15 years cumulative relevant experience, three (3) of which should have been at managerial level handling supply chain management activities in a reputable institution. Those below Job group ‘P’ in Government or TSC or its equivalent need not apply;
4.Candidates who have attended Strategic Leadership Development Programme lasting not less than six (6) weeks will have an added advantage;
5.Membership of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM),
6.Must be familiar with the systems from user level perspective.
7.Leadership and integrity qualities as set out in chapter 6 of the Constitution and demonstrated compliance to the public service values and principles as defined in the Constitution

3.Corporation Secretary-1 Post

Qualifications:
1.Masters Degree in Law (LLM), or Public/Business Administration or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
2.Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree with minimum experience of six (6) years as an advocate of the High Court, three (3) years of which should have been at a senior position in large public or private organization;
3.Certified Public Secretary – CPS (K) and a holder of current practicing certificate;
4.Candidates who have attended Strategic Leadership Development Programme lasting not less than six (6) weeks will have an added advantage;
5.Must meet requirements of Chapter six (6) and thirteen (13) of the Kenyan Constitution of 2010;
6.Must have skills in Arbitration;
