Qualifications:

Qualifications:
1.Diploma in Clinical Medicine/ Nursing

3.Psychological counselling training will be an added advantage

Qualifications:
1.Masters Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field preferred

3.Extensive knowledge of FAR and AIDAR and Kenyan government laws and regulations
4.Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain accounting and financial management systems

Qualifications:
1.BSc degree in Laboratory Science plus two years post qualifying experience.

12.County Service Delivery Manager

Qualifications:
1.Minimum Master’s degree in Public Health, medical degree, nursing, international development or related field.
2.Minimum seven (7) years of relevant professional experience managing and implementing HIV service delivery programs.
3.Five (5) years demonstrated experience in managing and supervising a team and project design.
4.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with government representatives, for-profit private sector entities, local community organizations, donors and other stakeholders, particularly at the sub-national level.
5.Proven technical knowledge and/or clinical expertise in HIV/AIDS services and understanding of how those services are delivered at the health facilities in Kenya.

Qualifications:

14.Health Informatics Advisor

Qualifications:
1.Proven background in large scale infrastructure design and management; strong computer programming skills in large health informatics environments
2.Experience working with Health Programs including HMIS (experience with iSante, OpenMRS, and GHESKIO EMR a plus)
3.Strong understanding of public health and EMR systems in Kenya
4.A broad and extensive knowledge of IT principles, methods and techniques; analytical skills and superior knowledge of project management principles to manage projects and work with multi-disciplinary teams
5.Can work well under moderate pressure and skilled in trouble shooting, crisis management, and problem solving
6.Experience working with and analyzing complex data systems and providing innovative solutions
7.At least 10 years’ experience in computerized health informatics solutions; some clinical experience preferred but not required

Qualifications:

16.PMTCT Advisor

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing or an equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
2.6+ years experience in the implementation of PMTCT activities
3.Experience in training and mentorship of health care workers on PMTCT

17.Compliance and Grants Manager

Qualifications:
1.A minimum of 5 years professional experience in grants management in the NGO sector
2.Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Option or its equivalent from a recognized institution
3.CPAK or its equivalent
4.A Master’s degree in finance or business preferred
5.Experience managing large USAID grants
6.Knowledge of U.S. Government spending regulations and mandates concerning humanitarian assistance
7.Experience drafting and revising program budgets, and completing relevant U.S. government financial forms

Qualifications:
1.Bachelors degree or Masters degree (preferred) in Community Health, Social Work, Community Development or related qualification
2.Trained and certified on VMMC Community Mobilization
3.Have at least 5years’ experience in HIV prevention activities and 2+ years’ experience in VMMC work
4.Demonstrate awareness of guidelines and standard operating protocols and community norms and standards

19.HIV Prevention Manager

Qualifications:
1.Degree in Medicine
2.MPH, or an advanced relevant degree an added advantage
3.8+ years of experience managing donor-funded health and/or HIV programs in the public sector with a specific focus on HIV prevention
