1.Chief of Party-Kenya CMLAP

Qualifications:
1.Masters degree in business administration, project management, public policy and management, public health, international development, statistics or other related field
2.At least 12 years of experience in designing, implementing and overseeing health informatics and monitoring and evaluation activities
3.At least 10 ? 15 years of experience working in developing countries (preferably Africa) and at least five years of experience working in Kenya
4.At least five years of supervisory experience over technical and administrative staff
5.At least five years of experience managing donor funded development programs, with responsibilities including interacting with other donor government agencies, host country governments and international donor agencies
6.Knowledge and familiarity of USG and USAID regulations and policies

2.Deputy Chief of Party – Kenya Strategic Information at the County Level Program

Qualifications:
1.Advanced degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
2.10+ years of experience in public health program management, health governance, information systems strengthening, monitoring and evaluation, policy formulation, or other field related to international health programs are required.
3.Demonstrated success in collaboration and coordination across partners, sectors, and with home office.

3.Senior M&E Advisor – Kenya Strategic Information at the County Level Program

Qualifications:
1.Masters level of education in related field, e.g. MBA, MPH, or MSc (Informatics/Biostatistics/Biometry).
2.5+ years’ experience in a leadership position for a PEPFAR project.
3.Post graduate professional qualification in project management and planning.
4.Appropriate technical and software skills necessary to conduct analyses of study data, such as STATA, SPSS, or equivalent.
5.Demonstrated experience working with key Kenyan health information systems.

3.Demonstrated knowledge and experience with USAID compliance requirements regarding finance/budget systems and processes.
4.Experience with USAID contracting assistance award mechanisms.
5.Experience with developing systems and processes for awarding and oversight of grants.
6.Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
7.Proven experience and knowledge of USAID management, operations, and financial/budget systems.
