Qualifications:

2.CQI Coordinator

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’sdegree in a relevant field.
2.Minimum 4 years of relevantexperience, with specific emphasis in: continuous improvement, Clientsatisfaction and systems analysis.
3.Ability to work effectively with both people and data.
4.Knowledge of statistics and statistical data display

3.HMIS Specialist

Qualifications:
1.An individual with demonstrated experience developing and deploying electronic medical records systems and developing mobile applications for health data.
2.The ideal candidate will demonstrate ability to lead a professional team.
3.A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
4.A minimum of 5 years senior-level experience designing, implementing, and managing large, complex, HMIS programs or projects.
5.Demonstrable knowledge and experience implementing projects health and HIV programs.

4.Manager, Knowledge and Information Management

Qualifications:
1.A master’s degree in a relevant field
2.Advanced working knowledge of relevantcomputer software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, multimedia, socialmedia, design and publishing software)
3.At least 4 years’ experience in Knowledge management in a medium tolarge NGO or a diverse environment with at least one area of highspecialization in knowledge management
4.Experience in developing content andworking with content management systems for websites and web editing
5.Experience in translating research& program content into messages accessible for target audiences; Designingposters and IEC materials
6.Proven experience in development ofKnowledge and Information Management strategy

5.Technical Advisor -Care & Treatment

Qualifications:
1.Medical Officer with 2 years post internship experience
2.Experience in TB/HIV care management in Kenya
3.Key population programming experience is an added advantage
4.Working experience in donor funded public health program is an added advantage

6.Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (2 Positions)

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in arelevant field.
2.At least 3 years’experience, in a similar position in a fast paced, Multi-tasking environment
3.Trainingand experience in database management and statistical packages such as SPSS,Nvivo
4.Experience in implementingprogrammes will be an added advantage

7.GBV Officer

Qualifications:
1.A Diploma/Degree in nursing/clinical medicine. A degree in social sciences willalso be considered.
2.Master’s degreein Public Health will be an added advantage
3.Minimum 4years’ experience in a similar or related role implementing SGBV programs in anNGO

8.ICT Officer

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technology or a related field
2.At least 3 years’experience in a similar position in a fast paced organisation
3.Advanced practical computerskills including MS Office and ERP systems
4.Proficiency in ICT systemsand applications
5.Good in programing languageespecially PHP
6.Sound knowledge in SQL

9.Laboratory Coordinators (2 positions)

Qualifications:
1.An advanced diploma inlaboratory sciences or related qualifications.
2.A minimum of 3 yearsprogressive experience in implementing laboratory service delivery programs,demonstrated track record of providing mentorship and supervision forstrengthening laboratory services and training in quality improvementapproaches
3.Good knowledge oncommodity management and reporting and LMIS functionality, experience workingwith MOH structures and personnel and good knowledge of health systemsstrengthening, strong programming, management, technical and critical thinkingskills to facilitate program implementation
4.A degree or postgraduate qualification in laboratory sciences and/or degree in public healthwill be an added advantage

10.Procurement and Logistics Officer

Qualifications:
1.A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/Logistics
2.At least 5 years’ of relevant workingexperience in procurement and Logistics field.
3.National Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management, or Logistics.
