School of Business and Management Sciences

1.Associate Professor (6 positions)

Qualifications:
1.Doctorate Degree from a recognized and reputable institution in their relevant areas of specialty;
2.Have at least eight(8)years of University teaching experience three (3) of which as full time Senior Lecturer;
3.Have at least 48 publication points,32 of which from articles in refereed journal papers since being appointed Senior Lecturer;
4.Have successfully supervised to completion at least 3 Masters and 1 Ph.D student since being appointed Senior Lecturer;
5.Show evidence of developing fundable proposals and attracting funding;

2.Senior Lecturer (6 positions)

Qualifications:
1.Doctorate Degree from a recognized and reputable institution in their relevant areas of specialty;
2.Have at least five (5) years of University teaching experience 3 (three) of which as full time Lecturer;
3.Have at least 32 publication points, 24 of which from articles in refereed journal papers since being appointed Lecturer;
4.Have successfully supervised to completion at least three (3) postgraduate students since being appointed Lecturer;
5.Show evidence of developing fundable proposals and attracting funding;

3.Lecturer (3 positions)

Qualifications:
1.Doctorate Degree from a recognized and reputable institution in their relevant areas of specialty;
OR
2.Have a masters degree in addition to first degree from a recognized University in their relevant areas of specialty;
3.Have at least three (3)years of full time teaching experience at University level after obtaining masters;
4.Have at least 24 publication points of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers;
5.Show evidence of affiliation to at least 1 professional body and
6.Show evidence of Ph.D candidature.

Finance Department  – ( Jobs in Kenya )

1.Accounts Assistant (4 Positions)

Qualifications:
1.CPA Part II/ ACCA II
2.Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a mean grade of at least D+ (Plus)
3.At least 5 years relevant working experience.
4.Computer literate.

Health Service Department

1.Clinical Officer II (3 Positions)

Qualifications:
1.Diploma in clinical medicine and Surgery from the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) or any other recognized institution;
2.At least five (5) years relevant work experience as a Clinical Officer;
3.Current practicing Certificate;
4.Membership registration with the relevant professional body;
5.Cumulative Management training lasting not less than two (2) weeks;
6.Evidence of continuous professional development;
7.Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology.

2.Assistant Nursing Officer (2 Positions)

Qualifications:
1.Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution;
2.Valid registration with the relevant professional body;
3.At least five (5) years relevant work experience;
4.Cumulative Management training lasting not less than two (2) weeks;
5.Evidence of continuous professional development;
6.Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology.

3.Pharmaceutical Technologist (1 Position)

Qualifications:
1.Must have a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized Institution;
2.At least five (5) years relevant work experience
3.Valid registration with Pharmacy and Poisons Board
4.Cumulative Management training lasting not less than two (2) weeks
5.Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology

4.Medical Laboratory Technologist II (1 Position)

Qualifications:
1.Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology Science or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
2.At least five (5) years relevant work experience;
3.Valid registration with relevant professional body;
4.Current practicing certificate;
5.Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology

5.Health Records and Information Officer II (2 Positions)

Qualifications:
1.Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution;
2.At least five (5) years working experience in a busy and recognized health services facility;
3.Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology from a recognized institution

6.Health Auxiliary Staff I ( Pharmacist Attendant) (1 position)

Qualifications:
1.Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade at least D+ (Plus) or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
2.At least five (5) years relevant work experience;
3.Basic Computer literacy

7.Health Auxiliary Staff (Phlebotomist) (1 Position)

Qualifications:
1.Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade at least D+ (Plus) or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
2.Certificate in Phlebotomy or three years service as a phlebotomist at a level 3 or 4 medical facility;
