1.Logistics & Admin Coordinator (3 positions)

1.Degree in Business Administration or Management
2.At least 3 years’ of related experience in an NGO environment
3.Experience reviewing current work processes and developing/implementing new methods and procedures to promote efficiency is highly desirable
4.Knowledge of roles, responsibilities and end to end processes in the context of an ERP system

2.Project Manager, Supporting Female Renewable Energy Entrepreneurs & Adoption of Solar Power in Kilifi

1.Bachelors of Arts or a Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (Business Administration, Gender and Development, International Development, Project Management).
2.Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, with proven success in managing partnership projects to achieve results.
3.Experience working with solar industry especially on home solar kits, working on interventions focusing on women’s economic empowerment specifically and on gender equality and young women’s economic empowerment.
4.Specific expertise in gender responsive business skills capacity building.
5.Exposure to Gender Responsive Budgeting initiatives.
6.Experience in results-based and rights-based programming.

3.Project Implementation Officer, Kakamega CPC  – Jobs in Kenya

1.Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences.
2.A strong background in training and capacity building.
3.At least 5 years relevant work experience in busy and dynamic organizations dealing with, Child Rights, Child Protection, Advocacy, child rights programming, child protection service delivery etc.
4.Experience in rights-based approaches to development including engaging with government and multilateral institutions.
5.Demonstrated knowledge of child protection systems in Kenya.

4.Procurement Coordinator

1.Degree in procurement and supplies management, Business Management or relevant training in Logistics procedures and systems.
2.A minimum of five (5) years of progressive NGO experience in procurement, contract management, administration or related area.
3.Experience in the supply chain modules of any ERP and CIPS accreditation is desirable.
4.Demonstrated ability to use latest MS Office applications & SAP operations.
5.Experience on VAT exemptions procedures and Knowledge of Kenya Government procurement requirements.
