1.Nurse In Charge – Maternity

Qualifications:
1.Bsc Nursing will be an added advantage.
2.Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse or Kenya Registered Nurse /Midwife is mandatory
3.Basic Life Support /Advanced Cardiac Life Support /Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics certificate and other unit specific certification requirements.
4.At least three years working experience in nursing practice and administration in a Maternity department.
5.Valid Kenyan nursing practice licence.
6.Working knowledge of a hospital Management Information System

2.Acute Care Unit Nurse   — Jobs in Kenya

Qualifications:
1.Higher Diploma in Critical care nursing
2.Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse or Kenya Registered Nurse / Midwife is mandatory.
3.Basic Life Support / Advanced Cardiac Life Support / Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics certificate and other unit specific certification requirements.
4.Over one year working experience in an Acute care facility
5.Valid Kenyan nursing practice licence
6.Working knowledge of a hospital Management Information System

3.Senior House Officer (Resident Medical Officer) – Busia and Homa Bay Outreach Centres (2 positions)

Qualifications:
1.M.B.Ch.B or equivalent from a recognized University.
2.More than one – year working experience.
3.Must be Registered / Licensed by the Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board.
4.Competency in emergency procedures e.g. ACLS, ATLS etc. will be an added advantage.

4.Clinical Nurse (2 positions)

Qualifications:
1.Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse or Kenya Registered Nurse / Midwife.
2.Basic Life Support / Advanced Cardiac Life Support / Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics certificate and other unit specific certification requirements.
3.At least one year experience in a Medical / Surgical setting in a busy medical institution.
4.Valid Kenyan nursing practice license.
5.Working knowledge of a hospital Management Information System.

5.Laboratory Technologists (4 positions)

Qualifications:
1.Higher National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution.
2.Excellent knowledge of laboratory operations and procedures.
3.Knowledge and experience in hematology, biochemistry and microbiology.
4.Ability to write and review SOPs.
5.Excellent computer skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.
6.Minimum two years working experience in a busy medical laboratory.
7.Knowledge and experience in ISO 15189 Standard is desirable.
8.Possession of a Phlebotomy certificate will be an added advantage.
9.Registration with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board with a current practice license is mandatory.
